LG Training System is committed to providing high-quality personal training services both in person and online. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver and manage our services.
1. Service Delivery
a. In-Person Training Services
Sessions are conducted at agreed-upon locations, such as our facility, your home, or another approved venue.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
b. Online Training Services
Sessions are conducted via video conferencing platforms or through our designated training app.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their internet connection and equipment are functional prior to the session.
c. Customized Training Programs
Personalized plans are delivered electronically within 3-5 business days after consultation or purchase.
Clients must complete required assessments and provide necessary information to receive a tailored program.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, mobile app, or directly with your trainer.
Scheduling is subject to trainer availability.
Confirmation emails or notifications will be sent upon successful booking.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking or as per the terms of the subscription/package purchased.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. Client-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session fee.
b. Trainer-Initiated Cancellations
If a trainer cancels a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for canceled sessions, unused packages, or subscriptions as per the terms outlined below:
Full refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
Partial refunds for unused sessions in multi-session packages calculated on a prorated basis.

6. Program Adjustments
